A Furlong Too Late recipe

Here is a nice recipe for A Furlong Too Late, with light rum, ginger beer and lemon.

1 twist lemon peel
2 oz light rum
4 oz ginger beer

Pour rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
